Rainy day travels

We started our day panning up in the Wisconsin Dells and traveling to Jackson MN.
We dont have many pictures of the day, but after leaving Wisconsin Dells, we went to Holy Land Grocery and Cafe in Minneapolis. Its a middle eastern cafe and grocery witha hummus factory in the back.
Can you guess where we learned about it?? Great food and friendly staff! We ate lunch there and took leftovers to go. Also bought a hummus guac for "later." Everything was/is delicious.

From Minneapolis to Jackson was a wet ride. At times it downpoured so bad visibility was limited. We of course arrived safely.
When asked about wind turbines, Josephine was able to give us an explanation of how they work. 4th grade was an exciting year!

We got to the KOA in time fot the worst part of the storm to hit. They tried to convince us to get a cabin but we decided to brave the weather. We set up pur tent in record time, during a lull in the rain.
Then we went to the pavillion to play cards and make dinner.
It was WAY too windy, so we sat and chatted and waited for another lull. Sandwich dinner tonight.
