Colorado....the ending

We had SO much fun in Colorado. We cooked, we played games, we pet animals, we saw the sights..... Everything went well! We even got a (much needed) oil change. 

We drove up Pikes Peak, and then took the shuttle the remainder of the way. You can only drive to mile 16 (unless you have a child in a car seat, then you can drive all 19 miles), but there is a shuttle (read: school bus) to go the remaining 3 miles. We took the shuttle (school bus) to the summit. It was amazingly foggy and we couldnt see much of anything.

Then of course more board games!

Now, we are in Kansas for the night. I clicked my heels 3 times but was not taken home. 🤷

On our way here, we got the Oldest Active Geocache (known to geocachers as Mingo) and a few other fun ones. 

No trip would be complete if you didnt get to sit in a Tesla.
